We're a family-run B.C. Pizza on the west side of Grand Rapids. Hometown Handmade Gourmet is how we actually run the shop, not just words on the sign. Every catering order is baked fresh in the window before you pick it up or we drop it off. We don't hold pizza warm on a buffet line for hours, because that's not how good pizza works.

Across the west side and central Grand Rapids. That covers Standale, Walker, Westside, Downtown, the GVSU corridor, and nearby neighborhoods. Outside that radius? Just ask. We'll quote a delivery fee or set you up for easy pickup.

Catering follows our regular store hours. Sunday and very-early-morning orders take a little extra coordination, so please call ahead and we'll staff your timing.

How far in advance should I order?
48 hours' notice is ideal, especially for orders over 40 people. We do our best with shorter notice too. Call 616-301-8061 and we'll tell you straight up whether we can hit your timing.
Do you deliver?
Yes, across the west side and central Grand Rapids. Outside that area, just ask. We'll quote a delivery fee or set you up for easy pickup.
Do you do buffet setup?
We can set up a small in-store buffet for groups, but for off-site events we recommend scheduled fresh delivery or pickup windows instead. Pizza is at its best within an hour of coming out of the oven, and we'd rather time it right than hold it warm.
Do you offer specialty pizzas for catering?
Yes. All our Hometown Handmade Gourmet specialties are available, including Patrolman's Special, Chicken Parmazeti, EXTREME Pepperoni, Cubano EXTREMO, and the rest. Specialty pizzas cost a bit more than 1-topping, which we'll show clearly in your quote.
Can you handle gluten-free or dietary needs?
We offer gluten-free crust (on 9"x7" Detroit-style pizzas) and dairy-free cheese. Just let us know on the quote form. We're not a gluten-free facility, so we can't guarantee zero cross-contact. If anyone in your group is highly sensitive, please mention it so we can advise.
Are you tax-exempt for schools and churches?
We can process tax-exempt orders for qualifying organizations. Bring or email your exemption form and we'll handle it.
What's included in the package prices?
Starting prices cover the 1-topping pizzas and Party Bread Stix as listed. Specialty pizzas, extra toppings, salad, wings, drinks, delivery, and tax are quoted separately so the final number is honest.
Do you provide plates, napkins, or utensils?
Not by default. Most of our catering customers handle paper goods on their end. If you'd like us to include them, ask on the quote and we'll work it in.
How do I pay?
We accept credit card, debit, or cash. Larger or recurring orders can be set up on an account. Just ask.
Can you do weekly or recurring orders?
Yes. A lot of our offices, schools, and youth groups are on a regular rotation with us. Mention it on the quote and we'll get you on a standing schedule.
